Welcome to Robin Family Therapy! We commend you for taking the first step in obtaining assistance for yourself and/or your family members. At our practice, we provide therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Most major insurance & employee assistance plans are accepted.

We are conveniently located in Woodstock & Sandy Springs, GA.

Individual & Family Therapy:

Meeting with you and/or your child one-on-one, using talk and play therapy to focus on areas of social difficulties, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and attention difficulties.

Family Therapy is perfect for families experiencing ongoing conflicts, arguments, or difficulty getting along, resulting at times in children exhibiting behavioral and/or emotional problems at either home or school. This approach provides positive family interventions and interactions to improve communication skills among family members.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & Stress Management:

Most helpful with older children, adolescents, and adults who have difficulty coping with stress, and have feelings of anxiety or depression. The client will learn ways to restructure negative thoughts into more positive and successful ways of thinking.

Techniques will be taught to identify stressful situations which enable the client to learn to recognize stress and how to effectively cope with it. Stress may increase anxiety or depression,  leading to undesirable behaviors and/or emotions.
